are the sample packs compatible with every DAW?
yes. the sounds are WAV files, so they work in every major DAW: ableton live, fl studio, logic pro, pro tools and the others.
are the devices compatible with every DAW?
most devices are made for a specific DAW, often fl studio (patcher). check the requirements on each device page before buying.
what can I do with the sounds?
every sample pack comes with a royalty-free license: use the sounds in your own productions, including commercial releases and client work (music, sync, ads, film/tv, games and so on), with no extra fees and no credit required.
the one rule: you can’t resell, redistribute, share or upload the raw samples (unchanged or slightly changed) as a library, a sample pack, a soundbank or any competing product.
which payment methods do you accept?
paypal, or a credit or debit card processed securely through paypal.
can I get an invoice?
yes. open your order with the «view your order» button in the confirmation email, or from my account (the person icon next to the cart): the invoice is there. invoices are not sent as attachments. if something doesn’t work, write to me.
how do I download what I bought?
after paying you get an email with a «view your order» button: your files are on that page. every purchase is also in my account (the person icon next to the cart): sign in with the email you used at checkout and you’ll get a one-time code.
the download button doesn’t work
for a single product, write to me and i’ll sort it out.
for the membership, the store files only work while the membership is active: a missed payment switches them off. check your paypal or bank account, join again, or write to me.
what’s included?
€4 a month, cancel any time. you get the file archive on google drive (sounds, presets and racks), new drops every month in seasons of three months, the members-only videos in a private youtube playlist, 30% off all audio products and resources in the store, and the member role on discord. see everything on imagomeri.com/subscription.
where do I find everything?
on your member page: open it with the «view & manage subscription» button in any membership email, or from my account (the person icon next to the cart) → subscriptions. the archive link changes every month, so always open it from there instead of a bookmark.
can I cancel any time? what happens then?
yes, any time, and no further payments are taken. the store files switch off straight away; the archive, the playlist and your code stay on your member page until the end of the month you paid for.
how do I cancel?
- open your member page («view & manage subscription» in a membership email, or my account → subscriptions).
- click «invoices & cancel» at the bottom.
- click «cancel subscription».
if you paid with paypal, you can also cancel from your paypal account, in the payments section.
I’m a member on youtube: where are my files?
your videos are in the channel’s members area, and the archive link is in the members posts on youtube: it always opens the current folder, even after the monthly change.
can I come back after cancelling?
yes, any time: join again from imagomeri.com/subscription and everything opens again straight away.
can I get a refund?
digital products (sample packs, devices and so on) can’t be refunded once downloaded. if you’re not happy, write to me anyway.
physical products: full refund within 14 days of delivery, if the product is in its original condition and packaging.
