1. Products and Compatibility
Are drum kits and sample packs compatible with all DAWs?
Yes, our samples are in WAV format and can be used in all major DAWs, including Ableton Live, FL Studio, Logic Pro, and Pro Tools.
Are devices compatible with all DAWs?
Most of our devices are designed to work exclusively with specific DAWs. Please check the product description for compatibility details before purchasing.
2. Licensing and Terms of Use
What are the terms of use for your sample packs?
All our sample packs are provided under a standard royalty-free sample license. You can use the sounds in your original productions, including commercial releases and client work (music, sync, ads, film/TV, games, etc.), with no additional fees or attribution required.

The main restriction is that you cannot resell, redistribute, share, or upload the raw samples (or substantially unchanged samples) as a standalone library, sample pack, soundbank, or any competing product.
3. Purchases and Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal: Pay using your PayPal account
Credit or Debit Cards: Payments processed securely via PayPal, accepting major credit cards.
Can I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, you can access your invoice through the download page provided in your purchase confirmation email. Simply click the "View Invoice" option on the download page. Please note that invoices are not automatically sent as email attachments. If you encounter any issues accessing your invoice, feel free to contact us.
4. Download and Installation
How can I download the products I’ve purchased?
After completing your payment, you will receive an e-mail with a download button. Simply click this button to download your product.
How do I access my subscription-based products?
For subscription purchases, each time a new product is released, you will receive an email notification with a download button. So make sure to frequently check your e-mail and our announcements on our social media channels.
Why isn’t the download button working?
If the download button is not working your subscription is currently inactive. Reasons might be that you missed a payment or your account was not covered. To regain access, please take a look into your PayPal or bank account, contact us, or simply renew your subscription.
5. Subscription and Access to Products
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, no further payments will be charged and you will lose the access to the content immediately.
How many products and packs will I receive when I buy the subscription?
You will mostly receive the very latest pack which is being released which always varies in the number of contents and sounds within the pack. Sometimes special events will even lead to additional products available in the subscription.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, simply follow these steps:
  • Open the last subscription e-mail and go to the product download page.
  • Click on Purchase details.
  • On the purchase details page, click Cancel my subscription.
If you’ve paid using PayPal, you can also log into your PayPal account and manage subscriptions in the Payments section.
Can I reactivate my canceled subscription?
Yes, you can reactivate your canceled subscription at any time by subscribing again through our website. You’ll regain access to the latest products once your subscription is active.
6. Refund Policy
Is it possible to receive a refund for products that I bought from your store?
For digital products (drum kits, sample packs, digital devices, etc.), we cannot offer refunds once the product has been downloaded. Please contact us anyways if you are not satisfied with our products.
For physical products, we offer a full refund within the first 14 days from when you receive the product, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
